This is an initiative to make learning aids available to Gr12 CAT students to prepare for exams. It consists of slide shows covering the text book materials and downloadable past exam papers (with memo’s).
Each new slide presents you with a question. The answer will be revealed by animation when you click. You can test yourself by trying to remember the answer before clicking. You can then click to get immediate feedback on whether you remembered correctly. You will master the material faster by repeatedly testing yourself this way than by repeatedly reading through the textbook or your notes. An effort was made to accompany the slides with relevant pictures to reinforce your memory.
It is much more effective to actively try to answer the questions before revealing the correct answers, than to read passively.
The division for Abbreviations, Terminology and Comparison is very important for exam prep, but it is a subset of the work. You will still have to go through all the individual modules.
Remember to revise the grade 11 AND grade 10 study material!
